Simplex Lawn Care LLC Terms Of Service
Payment (add plans)
We at Simplex Lawn Care offer various payment options for your convenience. You can choose to pay through online card payments, cash, or check in Mail.
We have the option for a card of file for all services. All services are post pay which means they are paid at the end of the billing period (Except Snow removal)
Please note that the payment for the invoice must be made within 7 days from the date it was emailed to you. Late payment may incur a fee of $10 every week.
Please note that we do not accept half payments for any services. If services are not paid for, legal action may be taken.
For your convenience, we also offer the option of adding your card on file to pay for services easily. This option is mainly for Lawn Mowing clients you can add your card by requesting it.
While we do accept cash, please note that it will be treated like any other payment, and there will be no difference in the payment process.
The billing cycle starts on the first sunday of the first week of the month and the last saturday of the month.The weekly billing is the Sun - Sat
Card on file may be required for clients with a record of late payments to provide a smooth process.
Refund policy
At Simplex Lawn Care, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the service provided, we have a refund policy in place to address your concerns.
Probable Cause for Refund: If there is a valid reason to believe that the completed job does not meet the agreed-upon requirements or specifications, you may be eligible for a refund. This could include situations where the problem remains unresolved despite our best efforts.
Requesting a Redo: In cases where you are dissatisfied with the completed job, you have a window of 7 business days from the start of the job to request a redo. A redo involves our team revisiting the job site and addressing any missed spots or areas that require further attention.
Refund Process: If a refund is warranted due to a probable cause and the problem persists even after the redo, you can contact our customer service department to initiate the refund process. We will review the situation and, if appropriate, issue a refund within a reasonable timeframe.
( For lawn mowing services, you may cancel at any time during the mowing month. We believe in our ability to provide quality lawn care services, but if you feel that the services rendered do not meet your expectations, we are committed to finding a satisfactory resolution.)
We value our customers and strive to provide excellent customer service. If you have any concerns or questions about our refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Weather
Weather is a key factor in our job as it affects if we can work or not. Depending on the weather we may reschedule the job. If so we will notify you and set you for the soonest available date.
General / Misc
Coupon Policy: We want to offer great deals to our customers, but to ensure that everyone gets a fair chance, we limit the use of coupons to one per transaction.
Pricing Policy: We believe our prices are already the best in the industry, and therefore, we do not negotiate on our prices. Our goal is to offer high-quality services at competitive prices that are fair for both parties.
Payment Policy: We recommend all services to be post pay to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Safety Policy: The safety of our crew and customers is of the utmost importance to us. Therefore, our crew members are not allowed to enter customers homes while working. However, they are allowed to stand near the door within two feet for any necessary communication or access. This policy is in place to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment for all parties involved.
Weather conditions: The service may not be able to be rendered if it's raining, too hot or too cold, or in other adverse weather conditions. This will cause the service to be pushed to the next available date
Scheduling: The service has a set schedule and may not be able to accommodate special requests for specific times.
Payment terms: Post pay
Property access: We strive to provide excellent service. If we encounter issues on your end that prevent us from accessing a portion of your yard (e.g., backyard), we will make every effort to resolve the problem. However, if it remains unresolved, we will complete the job and charge the normal rate.
Changes to service: The service may vary in price upon arrival. customers will be notified if any changes are made
Obstacles:We recommend removing all obstacles from your property Ex toys, hose, grill. around it, leaving behind a patch of undone grass.
Safety :For the safety of our crew and your property, we are unable to mow on any surface other than grass. Additionally, our crew will not mow below a level of 2.0 to avoid damaging the lawn.
Weather conditions or technical difficulties : In the case of bad weather or technical difficulties we may push the service out to the next available business day.
Scheduling: The service has a set mowing schedule and may not be able to accommodate special requests for specific times.
Damage to property: we are not responsible for any damage caused by previous lawn care companies
Property access: We are dedicated to providing top service. In the case we are unable to get to a portion of your yard Ex backyard due to issues on your end we will try our best to resolve it but if we cant we will complete the job and you will be charged the normal rate
.Long grass: your grass is above 6 inches we will charge you an additional fee of $5 per inch above 6 inches due to the extra time and effort required to mow it.
In cases where your sprinklers were damaged by our lawn equipment we do not hold responsibility for those unless they were marked and clearly visible. Then in that case we may reimburse you for the case of the sprinkler alone and nothing else.
10% off subscription discount
This discount is only for selected services listed below. Fall clean-up, spring clean up, aeration, dethatching.
Coupon is not eligible for a stack up on another coupon.
In order to receive the 10% off discount you will need to request it.
Senior discount
Senior discount is a 5% discount that is applied to weekly lawn mowing, bi-weekly mowing spring clean up and fall clean up. This coupon is not stackable with other coupons and is valid all year around. In order to fit requirements you need to be at least 65 years of age. ID is not required and we will not require any form of ID to validate this.
Card of file
We offer stress-free payment options for our customers by allowing them to securely store their card on file. This allows us to charge the due amount for services requested, making the payment process seamless and hassle-free. By putting your card on file, you authorize Simplex Lawn Care LLC to charge your card for the services requested.
For all one-time services, you will be charged upon completion of the job. However, for mowing services, the payment will be due at the end of the billing period.
Cancelation
We understand that there may be circumstances that require you to cancel your scheduled lawn mowing service. To provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide 24 hours' notice, you may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost.
We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee in cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances beyond your control. Additionally, we may waive the fee at our discretion for long-standing customers with a good cancellation record. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. What do we offer in Lawn mowing?
Lawn mowing with no bagger the property measured and agreed upon on the estimate
Air Blowing any concrete areas where the grass clippings we cut flew off or landed on
Weed whacking around the house, trees, playgrounds, interior fences, sidewalks,deck and anything reasonable to be weed wacked around on the property
Picking up minimal trash on the lawn area.
Inspection: we will walk through your property if anything looks out of the ordinary we will provide you with feedback otherwise you will not be receiving feedback.
Specific Lawn mowing
We always mow at a level 3.0 Unless weather changes occur then we follow weather cutting precautions.
clients can put a special request to mow lower or higher
Sticks : We do not take any sticks or other debris with us.
When mowing near a hill near a 20 degree slope the riding lawn mower may rip off grass due to traction of the mower
We reserve the right to not mow any area with a 15 degree slope due to safety reasons. If this is the case we will take the area unmowed out of the measurement and refund you for any money left from the SQ change.
If there is Any damage that occurs due to client negligence simplex lawn care LLC is not responsible. (EX wet/muddy ground - weak or light duty small fence)

What does this service include?
Removing & hauling sticks, leafs,
Air-blowing all necessary areas to get debris out.
Specific spring & Fall clean up
Sticks : we remove any sticks on the property thicker than 3 inches & no longer than 3 feet.
Job completion: we are not responsible for any debris that is of the property that arrived or landed after we have completed the job and left the property.
Excessive leaves:if there are excessive leaves for example 1-2 feet of leaves then there may be an additional fee for the attention, time, and effort require

Aerating the Lawn.
What is aeration?
Aeration is a lawn care practice that involves creating small holes or perforations in the soil surface. It helps to alleviate soil compaction, improve air circulation, and enhance the overall health of the lawn.
General about this service
To ensure the best results prior to the service, we kindly request that you follow these guidelines for preparing your lawn:
Grass Length: Please ensure that your grass is cut to a level 3. This means trimming the grass to an appropriate height that allows for optimal growth and maintenance. This length is typically recommended to keep your lawn healthy and aesthetically pleasing.
Dampness: It is important that your lawn is adequately damp before our service. However, please note that excessively wet or waterlogged lawns may hinder our ability to perform certain tasks effectively. We recommend a moderate level of moisture, where the soil is damp but not overly saturated.
Marking Underground Utilities: Before starting the aeration process, identify and mark any underground utilities such as irrigation lines, gas lines, or electrical cables. This will help you avoid damaging them during the aeration process. We are Not responsible for any unmarked underground utilities. For the safety of you and our crew we aerate 1-2 Feet away from all objects to avoid damage to your property and our Equipment. You will not be compensated for any areas deemed unsafe and therefore were left untouched.
Core Aeration process: Our team will perform the aeration by making small holes in the soil, removing soil cores, and depositing them on top of the lawn. We will make sure that the aeration is performed evenly and at the correct depth of 2-4 inches
