2. Simplex lawn care policies 




    Payment 


    (A) Simplex lawn care accepts card-only payments online, cash, or check in person

    (B) Client has 7 days from emailed date to pay the invoice 

    (C)   prepay has no fee, although paying late may include a fee

    (D) Pre-pay if required for selected services that go over $150 within a span of a month.



    Return policy 

    1. Our return policy is that you are allowed to get a refund on a service you are unhappy with (with probable cause)  if we cannot solve the problem after completing the job.

    2.  You are allowed a window of 7 business days before we start the job to get a full refund


    Lawn mowing 


    1. All grass above 6 inches is subject to extra cost. It could be roughly around an extra $10 per inch above 6 inches 

    2. The first mow may leave long grass behind and miss spots because the grass is too long. We charge extra to compensate for the time out crew spends on the job.

    3. When an item is obstructing our ability we may mow around it and it will leave a long patch of grass. We recommend removing all items from obstructing the lawn during the mowing day.

    4. During months when the grass grows to long to cut while leaving no clippings we will now be at a level 3.5 - 4.0 depending on what setting is allowing the lawn to look nice. During regular mowing months when the weather is good enough for the grass to grow at a regular pace we will mow at a level 2.5 - 3.5 setting depending on what isn't leaving clippings and looking nice.

    5. Mowing on a surface other than the grass is not permissible due to the case of rocks flying or items shooting out of nowhere.

    6. Mowing at a setting lower the 2.0 is not permitted

    Weather 


    1. Weather is a key factor in our job as it affects if we can work or not. Depending on the weather we may reschedule the job. If so we will notify you and set you for the soonest available date.


    General / Misc


    1. If you are to use a coupon you are limited to the use of 1 coupon per transaction.

    2. Simplex lawn care does not negotiate prices because we offer the best price

    3. We require you to pre-pay for all services except spring & Fall clean up

    4. For the safety of our crew Simplex crew members are not allowed to enter the residence of their home while working. Although they are allowed to stand near the door within 2 feet.


    New policies 


    1.  in order to implement new policies we must go through the board of directors which consists of our CEOs.

    2. In order to make a change to pre-set docs or files you are required to get the approval of another member of the bod.

    1. This discount is only for selected services listed below. Fall clean-up future services will be listed when out.





    Fines




    Long grass fee


    When the grass is (longer than 6 inches) we have to charge a service fee depending on how long the grass is. This compensates for the time spent mowing the lawn and pays the crew for any trouble they have to go through. 


    Note: the grass may not always look the best after the first mow as it was very long and will start to look normal after the second mow.


    This policy is put in place to make sure our crews are getting paid fairly for the work they do thank you for understanding and have a wonderful day.
